TECHNICAL SUPPORT

All of our EPOS Systems are supplied with 1 year technical software support, provided you have purchased a Service Pack. The minimum Level One subscription covers remote support by telephone and email and remote access (for Windows-based systems), Monday to Friday, during office hours.

After the first year, software support subscriptions are optional. They are available at various levels and start from only £25 per month.

Extended Hours Support, 24/7 Support, Priority Support with guaranteed response times and on-site callouts are also available - please see our Support Services.

Hardware support is provided by us for the duration of the manufacturers warranty, and thereafter (or for non-warranty claims) it is available on a time and materials basis.

If you have purchased a system elsewhere and require technical support, please email us with the details of your requirement, stating the make/model of the system, the name and version number of the software, and specific details of the query. We will let you know if we can assist and quote you a price. Our rates start from £95+vat per hour for remote technical support on third-party systems and products. On-site call out charges start from £125+vat per hour in London. We cover the whole of the UK.
