System Summary

The Sam4s SPS-2200 is one of the latest rom-based shop till systems on the market. Rom-based systems do not require a hard-drive so they are faster in operation and very reliable.

Our complete retail shop package offer includes the 15" Touch Screen Terminal, a Cash Drawer, a fast Thermal Receipt Printer and a Laser Barcode Scanner with Stand. The equipment is covered with a 3 year warranty, the software has a permanent licence so there are no ongoing fees and we also include 1 year free remote support.

This is an excellent low-cost shop till system supplied by EposSystems.com that provides a ready-to-use business solution for a variety of small retail shops. The SPS-2200 supports upto 65,000 PLU's / barcodes, provides stock control functions, a range of financial, sales and management reports and a configurable screen designer for creating on-screen buttons for your non-barcoded products and services. Upto 200 screen levels allow 60 buttons per screen giving you flexibility and ease of use for selling your products and services.

An optional second ticket printer makes it ideal for use in dry cleaners, repair centres and similar service businesses.

The SPS-2200 provides a wide range of shop functions required in a retail environment including multiple payment methods, discounts, refunds and promotional pricing. A customer database facility is available. Clerk interrupt and layaway functions allow several staff to share the shop till and for multiple transactions to be in process. You can optionally link a POS weighing scale for automated use at fishmongers, fruit and veg stalls and similar businesses.

Back Office Software:
It is NOT necessary to have back office software to operate the shop till system. It will directly provide a range of sales and stock reports, and allow you to add new products, change prices, change screen layouts and all other changes. However, if you require remote reporting and management or more comprehensive reporting or historical reports by date, then 2 optional Back Office software programs are available:

SamLite £295 for single site
Runs on your Windows PC or Laptop. Allows product / price maintenance, screen design changes, sales and profit margin reports, historical sales reports by date period and ability to schedule report by Email or SMS Text Message. (Text Message credits required). Can be connected at same premises over LAN network or remotely over the internet using our Draytek Router (£195).

SamStock £695 for single site, £poa for multiple sites
Runs on your Windows PC or Laptop. Provides all the features of SamLite, plus advanced stock control, supplier database and purchase ordering.
